Three cycles earn all 42. The first earns 39, one ending's Gold among them. NG+ adds the second ending's Gold, and NG++ adds the third ending's Gold and the Platinum with it. Shadow of the Erdtree adds no trophies. Cells naming late bosses and endings stay hidden until you reveal them.

Roundtable Hold · East wing – Any armament at +25 or any somber weapon at +10 earns it, so tick this if yours is there already. If not, pick a weapon that takes Somber Smithing Stones and give the Twin Maiden Husks all five Somberstone Miner's Bell Bearings, the last two from Fire Giant and Crumbling Farum Azula, so they sell stones up to [9]. Spend those at Smithing Master Hewg's forge, then the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone from the buttress room in Elphael for the last level.

The last on this route is Erdtree's Favor +2, which appears only once the Royal Capital has changed.
The Lands Between – It unlocks by itself when the last of the other 41 does, which on this route is the third ending, in NG++: the third ending. PlayStation grades it Platinum, and Xbox and Steam list it as an ordinary achievement.
