Mt. Gelmir suits level 80 to 100. The road circles the volcano, so this section climbs it in one long loop and ends with Sellen's quest, which needs a trip across the map. Stop at the Road of Iniquity grace: the great manor above it is the next section.
Mt. Gelmir is done. Sellen's quest now crosses the map, so fast travel between its stops in this order: the Waypoint Ruins, Sellia, the Weeping Peninsula, Three Sisters, the Grand Library, then Sellia and Mt. Gelmir once more.
With Radahn dead Sellen has a request waiting, and answering it starts her move away from the Waypoint Ruins. Only she gives the Sellian Sealbreaker there, no later step is known to replace it, and Stars of Ruin, a trophy sorcery, sits behind it. So take it first, at this same talk. Her move also closes Gesture: Nod In Thought, which you have had since her first lesson.
Accepting the Primal Glintstone is safe. Your next rest or fast travel after it ends Sellen's Witchbane step and her time at the Waypoint Ruins, so the Sellian Sealbreaker must already be yours, or Sellen: Stars of Ruin at Sellia Hideaway and Stars of Ruin go with it, and so must Gesture: Nod In Thought. Her shop opens again after the Three Sisters step, and news of Lusat can wait for the Grand Library.
Two signs now wait outside the Grand Library, and you can use only one. The red sign locks Sellen: gold sign, Glintstone Kris, Shop: Shard Spiral, Sellen: Crown after a reload, Sellen: Azur's and Lusat's sets, Lusat's Set and Azur's Glintstone Set for this cycle. This run takes the gold sign, and no later run comes back for the red one: its two extras, Sellen's Bell Bearing and Jerren's Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone, are optional rows in NG+: the second ending, behind a long detour.
