Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of buying (for a game unlock, if cloud save was used for fewer than 50 operations), and for All-Access also within 14 days of any renewal charge, on request.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Games you don't own become local-only: your cloud data stays readable and exportable, but it stops syncing. Games you unlocked and your free game keep syncing.
What's the difference between an unlock and All-Access?
An unlock is a one-time purchase that keeps cloud save on for one game, forever. All-Access is a yearly subscription that turns cloud save on for every game while it is active.
Will I lose my progress?
Your local progress is never deleted. Cloud save is an extra: without it, your checklist keeps working on this device.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and in US dollars otherwise. Tax is included where applicable.
