A full refund within 14 days of purchase if cloud save for that game was used for fewer than 50 operations. After that, or above that usage, refunds are at our discretion.
All-Access
A full refund within 14 days of the initial charge or of any renewal charge, on request. After a refund the subscription is cancelled immediately.
There are no partial-period refunds after 14 days. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
EU and UK consumers
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right ends once you have expressly asked us to start the service immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal; we capture that consent at checkout. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy above is at least as generous in any case.

Email support@hundopath.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
