Automatic renewal
All-Access is billed yearly and renews automatically every year until you cancel. We email you before each renewal with the amount, the date and how to cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time at Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, you keep access until then, and you can resume before that date.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry it, and you keep access for a 14-day grace period while you update your payment method.
When a subscription ends
Games you do not own through a Game Unlock become local-only: cloud sync stops. Your data stays readable and exportable, and your local progress is never deleted. Game Unlocks are lifetime and are not affected.
Price changes
We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
