A hospital, floor by floor, up to the door at the end of the last corridor.

The chapter climbs a hospital from the lower floors to Floor 6. Go quietly at first: an alarm brings more guards. No workbench lies ahead and these are the last fights of the game, so spend everything you carry. Bring one whole shiv for the door on Floor 6. A missed pickup can be collected after the credits with Chapter Select.

The Firefly Lab · The Hospital – When you get control, slip into the room on the left, sneak to its far end and climb out of the window. Follow the way left on to the balcony and cross it. Wait for the guard inside to turn away, climb in and strangle him, then wait in the MRI room across the corridor and take each guard who comes to check the body.

The Firefly Lab · The Hospital – Take the four guards ahead one at a time, using the listen ability to find them and striking when one walks off alone. Follow the west corridor on and hide when a group runs by. When another guard bursts through the door to the stairs, rush him and finish him quickly.

The Firefly Lab · The Hospital – Go on down the corridor to the long room of guards. Keep to the right and pick them off from cover, or sprint for the doors at the far end, where a short scene plays. Past them, the first door on the right is Room 608, and the recorder is on the table at the back.

About this guide

One run of the story and one of Left Behind, on any difficulty: no trophy depends on it. The story is one way, so take each pickup before you move on. After the credits, Chapter Select clears anything its menu shows as short, but take the Workbench Tools on the first run: the menu doesn't show them, and one taken on a replay may not count.
